On 4 December, our team had the privilege of attending the Young Professionals Awards, where Joe Dean was nominated in the Young Professionals Apprentice category. We were absolutely delighted to hear that Joe was named Apprentice of the Year, marking a significant milestone in his professional journey.
Recognising Excellence in Apprenticeship and STEM Outreach

This achievement is a true reflection of Joe’s dedication, technical ability, and strong work ethic. In his role, he consistently delivers high-quality work for both the business and its clients, showing professionalism and attention to detail in every task he undertakes.
Beyond his day-to-day responsibilities, Joe plays an active role in supporting the next generation of talent through his involvement in STEM outreach. He regularly works with local school pupils, helping them understand the exciting career opportunities available within engineering and manufacturing. His efforts help bridge the gap between education and industry, inspiring young people to consider technical career pathways.
The Young Professionals Apprentice award is designed to recognise individuals who show exceptional promise, commitment, and leadership early in their careers. Joe’s win is a clear validation of the effort and passion he brings to both his work and his community involvement.
As a team, we are incredibly proud of Joe and this well-earned recognition. Awards like this highlight not only individual success but also the importance of investing in apprentices and supporting their growth.
Congratulations, Joe, on becoming Young Professionals Apprentice of the Year, a fantastic and well-deserved achievement.👏👏👏
